At Laptophubs.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. We deal in second-hand and refurbished laptops, and we strive to deliver products that are tested, reliable, and as described on our website. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
    • The laptop must be in the same condition as delivered (no physical damage, scratches, or missing parts).
    • All original accessories, chargers, and packaging (if provided) must be returned.
    • The invoice/bill must be presented at the time of return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
    • If the laptop shows signs of misuse, unauthorized repair, or physical/liquid damage after delivery.
    • If the product is purchased under “No Warranty” or “Clearance Sale” category.
    • Software issues such as viruses, operating system corruption, or user-installed software errors are not covered.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
  • Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Replacement Policy

  • If the delivered laptop is defective or not as described, we may offer a replacement (subject to availability).
  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.

5. Warranty

  • All refurbished laptops sold by Laptophubs.in come with a limited warranty (duration mentioned on the product page/invoice).
  • Warranty covers hardware defects only. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, battery backup issues (normal wear and tear), or software-related problems.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return/refund:
