1. General

  • Laptophubs.in is a Gorakhpur-based seller dealing in second-hand and refurbished laptops.
  • By using our website or purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent to purchase from us.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information while placing an order.

3. Products

  • All laptops sold are second-hand or refurbished and may show minor signs of previous usage.
  • Each product is tested before delivery and details of configuration, condition, and warranty (if any) are clearly mentioned on the product page or invoice.
  • Actual product images may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, or display settings.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (if any).
  • Payment must be completed before shipment unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is specifically offered.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing.

5. Order Confirmation

  • An order is considered confirmed once payment is received (or COD order is verified).
  • Laptophubs.in reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, technical errors, or fraudulent activity.

6. Delivery & Shipping

  • We deliver across India through courier partners. Delivery timelines vary depending on location.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Laptophubs.in will not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect addresses.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
  • Products must be in the same condition as delivered, with all accessories and invoice.
  • Refunds/replacements will only be issued after inspection and approval.

8. Warranty

  • Refurbished laptops may come with a limited warranty, the duration of which will be mentioned on the product page or invoice.
  • Warranty covers only hardware defects. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, software issues, or battery backup reduction due to normal usage.

9. User Responsibilities

  • Customers agree not to misuse purchased products or engage in fraudulent claims.
  • Any tampering, unauthorized repair, or physical damage voids warranty and return eligibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Laptophubs.in will not be liable for:
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Loss of data, software, or files
    • Any third-party service issues (courier, payment gateway, etc.)
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

12. Governing Law
